It went well.  The Geek tech explained as he performed the tasks.  Pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable.  Answered all our questions.  Money and time well spent.

Great, beautiful work, cleaned up, worked quietly. Patiently explained remote operation. Asked exactly where we wanted things and they were exactly in that location.

The geek squad called and said they would be at our house and was prompt and well equipped for doing his job. ( Jonathan)

It took Best Buy a month to get a gas stove installed in our house. One mess up after another. It was one screw-up after another. They would cancel appointments or they would not have all the parts with them when they came. This went on for a month. It finally got installed this morning. But the communication, the administration and the record keeping were a disaster. It was such a mess-up that our $1,100 stove cost us less than $500. They kept apologizing and taking another hundred dollars off the price. It was a terrible, terrible mess-up. I'm 75 years old and I've never had a major company treat me so shabbily. It was just awful. The price was fair. I don't have a problem with that. I have no problem with the quality of the product. It's excellent.

The staff was excellent, great customer service. When he couldn't find the stove in the warehouse, offered me a discount on the floor model above the already sale price, excellent!
