The work crew of three from Gale Insulation & Specialties arrived on time (afternoon), on the appointed date.  Installation took all afternoon, about 3-4 hours.  There was moderate rainfall for a period of time during the afternoon but thay continued to work in the rain.  The crew appeared to know what they were doing and the installation was done in a straight-forward and diligent manner. 
Result looks good.  Some of the leaders fitted to the end of some of the downspouts weren't extended far enough from the house.  I plan to discuss this with the business manager. 
Because of the shrubbery around the house, one of our irrigation sprinkler heads that had been raised to clear some ground cover was accidently broken off during the gutter installation.  The workman who broke it off brought it to the front door, apologized for the damage and offered to have it repaired.  The business manager also offered to fix it, and actually drove out to the house two days later prepared to make the repair.  However by that time I had already located and purchased the 56-cent adapter necessary to re-connect the sprinkler head and couldn't reach him in time to save him a trip.  I think they handled this well -- the workman didn't attempt to hide or minimize the damage and the business manager offered -- and arrived at my home prepared -- to correct the damage.  They acted as I expect a responsible and well-run business to act.
Would I hire them again?  Yes.
