Freedom Pools

The job was started the week AFTER Thanksgiving 2005 and was not completed until late January 2006. The first coating of deck paint was applied just before it rained and spattered on my screen room and hot tub deck and ran into the yard. Multiple excuses and lies, Oak leaves were rolled INTO the paint, not left laying on the top. They painted an acorn into the deck surface. Large stains in the pool bottom because they used a sublet vendor they no longer use there are large grind marks in the bottom.. The deck surface is peeling up all over. concrete repairs are falling out, the new pump makes a grinding noise and Wayne Patterson does nothing but lie and refuse to honor a warranty that was never provided. They never took out permits to do this job, buried unused concrete in my yard, and have lied or insulted me at every turn. I contacted a Lawyer but he said I only had a 50/50 chance of winning because this guy is/was involved as a member of the BBB. Patterson agreed to repair the problems in front of a man he said was an arbitrator for the state but he never followed up on any of the promises he made. ( No surprise there, he's lied about everything else!). It took 4 repair visits to get the new pool filter to function properly after THEY damaged the old filter.
