We hired Mark Folsom to install a paved patio and BBQ area. He advised this would take 2-3 business days. We are now going on 4 weeks and the work that has been done this far is sloppy and unprofessional. We paid him $5,000 for the work. We have called and texted him repeadtley and he always promises he will be back to finish the work. We have now told Mr. Folsom we need to come to some kind of resolution. Now he will not answer any of our calls. Beware there are a lot of bad reviews on other websites about this contractor. We are now going to file a small claims suit. this guy is a con artist. I hope he is removed from this website so he doesn't swindle more money from hard working customers. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!

They got the sod from a supplier and never paid the supplier.  I got charged from Folsom Outdoors and ended up having to pay the supplier, as well.
