They were organized & professional & very understanding of my mom's worries about moving (she's 88 & this was a hugely stressful change for her). They loaded our truck carefully & neatly, tied everything down & left us enough room so we could load the boxes we had not finished packing (it was a holiday weekend & we weren't leaving for 2 days). The whole job took 6 hours & not a minute of that time was wasted. We were so pleased at their efficiency (& their kindness to my mom).
I would definitely use them again & recommend them to everybody that we talk to - several neighbors of mom's are in the same situation (widowed, elderly & planning to move closer to their children). Florida Palms Moving would even have driven our truck for us, if my brother-in-law hadn't been able to help out there & they would have unloaded us on the other end (400 miles away).
Frederick & Brad made this whole experience a lot less stressful for us. We cannot say enough good things about them!
