Floor Factory Outlet - New Marion

Poor :( this place brought in outside contractors that didn't know what they where doing. The floor guy put a hole in the wall and the cabinet guy put 2 holes in my ceiling. It's been 1 year and my floor is coming up....I keep hoping I cut my foot and then can really go after someone. My cabinets are not lined, one is coming off the wall. He put a hole a cabinet in my bathroom vanity because they did not measure correctly. And the front of my bathroom vanity fell off. It's been a nightmare!!!!!!!

Bryan Trull, Manager is the best! He is very professional, understanding, helpful, kind and unflappable. He helped to choose the best plank that complement the tiles in my new home. Overall, very good customer service and the willingness to negotiate prices if possible. Bryan was able to provided his #1 installer "Isaiah B. and his crew” to preformed his job. They did (4) rooms in one and half days. Job well done!! The rooms appear much larger. Thank you for all your help and guidance. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

We were highly satisfied. Tawnya the sales rep was great to work with. Pricing was less than for similar laminate at the big box stores. We really liked the fact the flooring was displayed on skids and you could see the how it looked for a 7 x 4 foot (approx) size area; much easier to visualize what it would look like in our home. This made it much easier to go back a forth between different flooring types on skids to compare different flooring to narrow our choice. We considered wood and laminate, but went with laminate because of the durability. We moved to FL from up north where we had hardwood, but it can be easility damaged via scratches and stains, and requires more maintenance and potential refinishing. Installer (Tim) was excellent and we could tell he had high standards for the quality of installation. He and his assistant were incredibly hard workers and I don't think they took breaks. They installed 700sq ft and completed the job in 13 hours (a day and a half). Labor cost was $1.50 per SF, and they moved the furniture (we moved everything but the large, heavy furniture to the garage, including moving drawers into the garage). One of the big box stores told us the installers would not move furniture. While there were a two cases where we expected to hear from them by phone, and communication could have been a little better, this is nitpicking and pales in comparison to what mattered most - a high quality job, which we got. We could not be happier with the finished product, and a couple of weeks after installation we still comment on how happy we are with the quality of the work. We would absolutely go directly back to them the next time we install flooring, and ask for Tawnya and for Tim as the installer. Highly recommend anyone consider flooring to go with them.

New carpet in Master bedroom and setting room. Looks fab. Did everything I wanted.

It went very well. We have no complaints and get nothing but compliments from friends who see the floors. Plus they had bamboo, travertine tile, and cork which were the best we had found.

Bound area rugs were supposed to be back, delivered, and installed on 12/06/11. I called them once on 12/6, twice on 12/7, and twice on 12/08/11. This companynever initiated contact with me to advise of any delivery problems. They said they had truck trouble and that was why the carpet wasn't delivered as promised. The big piece of carpet has a pad. The carpet was delivered as a and quot;drop

and goand quot; by an installer after 6pm, on his way home from work. Even though I had asked for installation of the big piece, (basically just unrolling it in place), that wasn't done. I was quite disappointed with what was discussed and actually done.
I will not be using this company again.
