Although your engineer tested the new locks in my presence, he did this with the doors in the open position. One lock was difficult to use and I have now found that it will not engage when the door is closed. Not satisfactory and cannot be locked.

The technician was very knowledgeable of his work and he basically gave me better alternatives to help save me money. I really appreciated that. He arrived in a timely manner, it was a little earlier and that was helpful.
