The guy gave a quote and didn?t mention the taxes and would not give a receipt and now I know why.Called the business about the extra charges and the guy was very rude.Wont use Flash ever again.

We needed to replace a lost truck key fob 6 months ago. The service was impeccable! Arrival in less than an hour with perfect quality workmanship! Yesterday, purchased a vehicle needing a second fob and key. Called flash and they preformed the same excellent service as last time!! The prices and service are the best in the area. A contractor came out and failed to fix the lock. He then tried to do an end run for some work on the side. I would never have that person back due to his poor ethics and lack of integrity.

"When we came on site the first time the lock was working fine so we didn't want to charge you for something that's not broken . When you called us again we gave you a price to replace the whole mechanism and you did not approve it . We always try to do whats best for our customers"

I hired them, but before he arrived, I found my key and was no longer in need. However, that being said, I was really impressed by the rapid response to my request, and how quickly they were able to respond. Also, very nice on the phone. If I'm in need again, I am definitely calling them again.

Although your engineer tested the new locks in my presence, he did this with the doors in the open position. One lock was difficult to use and I have now found that it will not engage when the door is closed. Not satisfactory and cannot be locked.

The technician was very knowledgeable of his work and he basically gave me better alternatives to help save me money. I really appreciated that. He arrived in a timely manner, it was a little earlier and that was helpful.
