Although Fishers thought there was about an 85% chance that it WAS the starter based on the way I said my truck was acting, they did not want to put a new starter in without being 100% sure that was the problem, and for that, they would have had to be able to duplicate the problem while they had it in the shop. But, they couldn't duplicate it. The only thing they could verify for sure, was that my battery was weak. So, while I had it in the shop, I just had them put in a new battery. So I only had to pay for a battery, & the labor. All I'm saying is, if they WEREN'T honest, they could have made themselves an easy couple hundred dollars that day, and just put a starter in. I highly reccommend them! This honest shop will definitely be getting ALL my business!
