It seems I had received all of the "junk" equipment, meaning parts that had been returned as defective. In the 5 minutes he spent explaining how to work everything, his salt computer kept malfunctioning. I asked him to bring a different one and he said he couldn't. I had to keep calling them back to come out and get it running. I asked him to write on his paperwork that they may have to replace this equipment but he wouldn't. Later he became extremely rude. I tried to find instructions and warranties from each item they installed but I had nothing. I called again and asked where these papers were and he said he left them on the table but of course they were nowhere. I asked him to come back and show me again how it worked and he gave me another 5 minutes to try and write it all down and again I asked him for all of the warranty papers in case something stopped working. He said it would be under their warranty. When the computer kept giving  me information that there was enough salt in the water but, the water was turning green, I added salt but I couldn't know how much to add since the computer couldn't be trusted, I called them but they wouldn't return my calls.

Once they got their check cleared, I guess I was history. I was a recent widow and I guess that made me an easy mark.

Overall experience was very positive and the family loves the new pool.

Very Good, the entire job took less than four weeks to complete. All of the guys were nice and knew exactly what to do they made it look easy. Fiesta pool company goes above and beyond from start to finish, extra rebar in pool for a quality job, extra expansion joints in deck to avoid concrete cracking and extra care to ensure the home owner knows all about there new pool. We will recomend them to everyone because they are the best pool builders in my opinion I have ever seen.

They started work on January 7, 2014, and completed all the construction work within 45 days. They were extremely good about addressing any concerns I had about the operation of the pool equipment, and other minor repairs, the last repair of cement cracks at the base of the handrail, being completed on April 15th. To provide a fair assessment of Fiesta Pools, I should note that I am perhaps the fussiest person on the planet. Having worked in the aerospace industry, everything had to be perfect. Therefore, I made many requests for the correction of various items that I perceived to be problems, many of which were due to my unfamiliarity with how the pool pumping, filtering, and heating systems are supposed to work. One serious problem, however, was that the Heat Pump kept shutting off, and displayed and quot;PSand quot; on the display. This meant that the pump was not getting enough water pressure to operate. They came back to try to fix it, but after three attempts, and no success, they were smart enough to call in a real specialist. The specialist was very, very knowledgeable about each element in the system, and he was able to adjust the pool pump speed, and the pressure switch inside the heat pump, so that it functioned properly. I must say that the office manager at Fiesta Pools was extremely tolerant of my many concerns. She was always polite, pleasant, and courteous every time I called. She was the best person to talk with, and she always made me feel that everything would be taken care, and all would be okay. All the workmen were also very courteous, and they did everything I asked of them when they were building the pool. I wanted steps that would be no more than 8 inches tall, so that my wife could get in and out of the pool easily, so they added an extra step when they poured the cement, in order to be sure none would be too high. I also wanted the swimout to be diagonal, rather than square, and they made it happen. I wanted two, long handrails, rather than the standard, shorter handrails, so that my wife could get in and out of the pool more easily. They ordered the handrails while they were pouring the cement, and they made sure they were installed properly. They did everything I asked of them, they were good about putting up with my special requests. There was one surprise that I hadn't expected. It would seem that the salesman for the company had not explained something to me when I signed the original contract. Specifically, that hauling away the dirt that was removed to build the pool, would be an extra cost to me. I thought it was a rather an absurd policy, as dirt obviously will come out of the hole made for the pool, and it would need to be removed. There should not be an additional charge for that, but rather it should be Included with the cost of the pool. It cost hundreds of dollars more than the contract for the pool, and I don't like surprises. Overall, we are delighted with the pool, now that everything is working properly. Their quality of workmanship was superb, and the timeliness of construction was great. One of our neighbors had a pool put in, and it took six months for their pool builders to finish it. Ours was done in just a month and a half, and Fiesta Pools did a great job. We would definitely, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone wanting to install a pool.

Mr. Bell arrived promptly at the scheduled time and provided a detailed briefing of the companies history and services. He had some in depth questions about the soil composition and explained about the possible extra charges for clay soil. He was reserved about using a salt-chlorine generator system, which contrasted a competitor viewpoint. I felt comfortable with his answers about the building process and the company.

We called Fiesta to set up an appointment for a site inspection and quotation for rescreening an existing pool enclosure. Also for the installation of garage sliding screen panels. We were advised that Fiesta uses subs to do that type of work, and were given the names and phone numbersof two service providers. We appreciate Fiesta's willingness to work with us to get the services we require. That gives a very positive feeling.

We needed the job done quicker than they originally estimated because we had family coming in. They stepped up and completed the pool just in time and all went well. The pool looks great. They left some extra little piles of plaster in the yard which we a minor nuisance, but the job turned out great!

I solicited vendor via phone. Estimator came out to give bid. Compared bids, work started, very professional timely, orderly and neat. Completed in stated time.

Overall I could not ask for anything better.

I compared him to one other builder and I would give him an A for his price.
