The salesperson, whose name was Jaye, submitted a detailed estimate after thoroughly examining my house and my current climate control system. He answered questions knowledgeably and did not pressure me to buy. The installation was done on schedule by an installer who seemed very competent. So far the new system is functioning as I hoped it would.

They bought out the company that I had bought this AC unit from. When I needed service they wanted to charge me 960.00 just to pay for replacing a coil. I passed on this. I would not recommend.

"We performed the installation for the members more than five years ago. They called our company and had coil that was leaking refrigerant. The system was out of warranty. If you called many of our competitors, you would find that some companies charge more than twice the price we quoted them for the coil replacement. We consider customer satisfaction of the utmost importance, but we simply cannot extend warranties past what the manufacturers provide."
