Today he came out to collect December's payment but he demanded again in cash that he wanted the payment. In the contract it states that payments will be done via check. I told him in a letter today that until he catches up on his work I will not make another payment. The lighting installation has not been completed nor has the water softeners and some of the work that he started in the beginning is deteriorating and I will not pay anymore until it is done.
