I stopped having Eric mow because he wanted me to pay at the beginning of each month ( before he did any work). I was not comfortable with that.

I think he can do landscaping but its primarily lawn and yard work. He sides four or five houses in our neighborhood. He is very good and very conscientious. For him, I would give the best grade.
