At the end of the lease they would not give my deposits back to me in a timely fashion even though the owner told them to return all deposits. Over a 21 day period I had to threaten to file a complaint with Florida board of realtors. I was told many things over the time period as to why they couldn't return my deposits. It started with they had to get verification from owner. After he told them to return funds. they still would not send my deposit. Then I had to sign authorization for them to send funds to owner and he would send funds to me. After a week still not money. Then I was told the person needed to authorize payment of funds was on vacation. I was given many reasons for the delay. On the 24th of the month following the end of the lease they finally deposited funds in owners account and he immediately sent funds to me. He was embarrassed in how I was treated by Coldwell banker. He and I will never do business with them again. They want your money in an instant and take a light year to give you money. They wanted to hold on to my $1300.00 for as long as possible and they had no interest in speeding up my payment. Matt Taylor and Ron Supancic were the agents I dealt with.
