The installer was on time and efficient. We recently moved into this house and one of the toilet bowls would get a black ring around the water line within 1-1/2 to 2 days after cleaning. Since the water system was installed, the black ring has never reappeared. We also noticed tiny black particles on the shower floor before the installation, and they are no longer appearing either. We knew the quality of the drinking water would be great, but this extra surprise in our bathroom was a great delight since we didn't have this expectation. We are so happy we chose Ecowater Systems. Also, we compared their system with a competitor and the price for Ecowater System through Costco was 1/2 the cost!

Had them come to check out system. I had a leak problem that was causing the system to not function properly. They gave me a quote to do the work, I agreed, they did the job and it has been working fine ever since.

I got a coupon in the mail for a "10 point inspection" on a water system. Which worked out really well because the house we recently moved into has a water softner and I didn't know anything about it. The technician that came out looked over the system inside and out, pushed some buttons and then tested the water. He said that everything looked good and my water was soft. It was low on salt so he filled the unit up ( FREE SALT, cha-ching ) and reset the salt level. During this process he took the time to explain the unit, what it does, and how to care for it. He offered to set me up on a "salt route" , when I need salt they come out, fill up the unit and check over things. I thought that was a great idea - I do not want to be hauling around big bags of salt and I certaintly can't pick them up.
