I'm pretty satisfied. He makes you feel like he has all the time to spend with you. He answers your questions thoroughly and he likes to investigate if there's an issue. He does good followup. The facility is nice and the staff is pretty informed. You usually have to wait.

My only complaint really is that I always seem to wait so long to see Dr. Hall.  This time I was kept in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time, and there was no one in the waiting room but me.  Four sets of people came out of the office area (a man and woman, a woman, a man and woman, and a man and woman with an adult child), and I was still left in the waiting room.  I have seen Dr. Hall for about 25 years, and he has always been responsive to me, has a good  bedside manner, takes time, answers questions.

Dr Hall was amazing!! He told me right away to go gluten free he showed me several things on a computer that educated me about my condition. He let us know that the blood test to check for gluten sensitivity was very expensive, he recommended I just try going gluten free for a few months. My husband wanted to pay for the test right away ( probably)
Because I was so horrible during this time of month!) He was right! My test came back positive.
Dr Hall nurses also helped me a great deal with learning how to change my eating.
He is an awesome Dr very knowledgable!!! He even gives you his email if you have any questions.
I have emailed him several times & almost always got answer back with in the day.
My husband also started to see him for a whole host of health problems and in my opinion
He has saved my husbands life. We have recommended him to at least 4 of our friends, after seeing him
They were so great full! Dr Hall does not like prescribing a bunch of pills!! He is relentless at getting to the root cause
And curing it. I would tell anyone to go see him, just once, to see how nice & caring he is!!! You will want to stick with him.

Dr. Hall has been my Dr. for years, and has been interested in exploring alternative treatments when the standard treatment has not worked for me.

Douglas Hall MD is phenomenal. He is very personable. He takes his time listening to you, and thoroughly analyses your problem through blood work. He does all types of tests that are available and then provides you with customized treatment from herbs to specialized medicines. He makes specialized compounds for you. He also helps you modify your diet. He designs a plan specifically for you. He takes Medicaid. He's real hard to get in to because he's so busy.

Dr Hall is exactly what he describes of himself in his portfolio. He is a Medical Detective. He has determined the core of my problems and is treating me for these rather than handing out meds to deal with symptoms. This doctor is looking for cures to ills not a paycheck or a kickback from a pharmaceutical.
I am being treated for a tumor. I am absolutely positive that this would never have been detected by my former physicians and it would have eventually cost me vision, dementia and perhaps early death. Honestly, if there would have been no autopsy if things were to go that way, would my family ever have known that I could have had a high quality and quantity of life if someone cared and was diligent enough to pursue answers? I would recommend this doctor to everyone. You will not be disappointed. By the way, I am a man, a father, a congregation shepherd and a husband. I have every reason to live and be at my best for others. This choice to see this fine doctor will benefit not only myself but all whom I love.

My daughter is disabled, and has diabetes. When we saw him, he gave her two choices. He said you can change, or you will die. He impressed her. She has changed her habits and is trying to follow his orders. I use him as my GP. I see him every 6 months. He is brilliant. He is extremely knowledgeable about hormones, nutrients, vitamins, and how your body needs to operate. He still uses medicine, but if he knows that it can be cleaned up by changing your diet, he will be advising you on what you need to be eating, and changing. He tells you what vitamins you are taking that are actually getting there.

We weren?t very happy with him. My meeting with him started out fine. He wanted me to get blood work and other tests done. He and his staff gave me the cost of the tests. However, the cost shot up to $200 and they said they would take care of it, as it was a mistake. Later, when I contacted them, they hadn?t taken care of it. I had a past due notice and I didn?t want to ruin my credit. So, I had to pay up the amount and I wrote them a letter stating that I would never use their services again. They called me back and told me that they would try to make it right. However, I didn?t believe they would have done that and never went back to them. If they had refunded the amount, I would have considered going back to them. My wife didn?t face the problems I had faced, though.

He is very professional and his staff is really nice as well. He is most excellent, very knowledable and very, very good. I’ve been using him for about 4 years now and he is always right on the money.
