They did a great job. I had two other auto repair shops do the work for me and they both charged more. He did the job better and for less money. I dropped off my vehicle one night and it was finished the next day. I would very highly recommend them!

They were courteous, kind, patient, and gave reasonable estimates of all the work to be done, as well as reasonable time frames. I only go to them for work on my vehicles.

It's been a few weeks now, and the starting problem has not recurred. I now have peace of mind that I have a place that knows their stuff!! I will definitely go back to Double D's for my future auto needs.

They are doing a great job, they got me right in, I made the appointment and the next day I took my car in there and they even took me home afterwards. I couldn't be happier with them.

When the tow truck got the car to the shop I explained what the problem was. They took it for a test drive, came back and told me that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. They gave me a quote of $2000.00. Because of the age of the car and the problem it was having, rebuilding the transmission sounded reasonable so I agreed to have it done. It took 12 days to complete the job and when I got the car back it seemed to work fine. We were happy to get our car back and working again and we were satisfied with their service. I discovered a couple of days after we got the car back that they had forgotten to re-attach the transfer case shift cable. Fortunately it was easy for me to re-attach it and get the 4WD working again. But it was something that shouldn't have been overlooked.

Update:
About 3 months after the transmission was rebuilt it again wouldn't shift out of first gear. This time I had the car towed to a different shop where they discovered that even though Double D's did rebuild the transmission the didn't replace the governor pressure sensor or the governor pressure solenoid which should have been done. Either one of these parts can cause the transmission not to shift out of first gear. Needless to say this has caused me to change my opinion of Double D's Auto and I wouldn't recommend them.

I bought a "rebuilt" '94 dodge caravan in Arkansas. After towing it to Florida, I found out it was leaking oil like a sieve.Even after a front seal replacement by "Smitty's Auto Body and Paint Shop in Malvern, AR. I was defrauded, but Double D fixed it properly, and I am pleased to get far away from thieving Arkansans.
