Architectural Service
We had to get someone else. John came out and took pictures. He said there was a death in the family. That is why it took him two months to get back to us. He had a contractor come out and take a look at our problem. He did not show up either again. We lost three months. Eventually we went with another company that were excellent.

General Remodeling
John from Donahue Architecture Inc was a very nice gentleman, very thorough, and we were impressed by him when he was here but he was going to write up the results to email us and we haven't gotten them yet. He didn't return our calls, didn't confirm or show up for our appointment, but he did show up the next day.

The biggest negative was scheduling some of the subs to stay on a timeline. But from start to finish John was professional, timely and reasonable. Whether is was the bathroom's floorplan, the interior design, or making sure the project was on track, John was on top of all the issues.
