Auto Service
The time I lived in Florida the dealer I went to there, if I needed to leave the car they either gave me a loaner or I got a free one at the people that they were affiliated with down the street. I didn’t have to pay for renting the car because they couldn’t get the work done or they didn’t have the parts. I was very happy with them. They gave me a senior discount. Very professional. In fact, I always went to the same service manager, it was a woman, which surprised me, she definitely knew what she was doing. She even gave me a senior discount. Her name was Marci something. She helped me. I have no idea how much it was because I don’t know what all they have to do. What was good was their personal service. They make an appointment, they take you when you are supposed to be there. They tell you how long it’s going to be. Now they were about between 20 and 25 miles from me, so they weren’t going to take me home. They did have a service that would take you over to the mall that ran like every half an hour, and they would come back and pick you up. They usually took over a whole little van full of people to the mall, and then they would come back and pick us up like every half hour or hour; when it was time to go back. They also had a waiting room and tv’s. I think there was one day a week that they gave manicures. Plus, they had coffee. If you got there early in the morning they had donuts. Once the donuts were goner, the donuts were gone. The only think that I can think of that they could improve on is that it is a dealership and sometimes they would come back and try to sell you a new car. I didn’t want to be bothered with that. If I needed a new car, I’ll go look at them. If I was in the area I would go back to them.
