Arrived on-time....so surprises...cleaned up before he left...Very friendly, courteous and professional. What else could you ask for ? Had them back 2 weeks later to upgrade my heater. Everything went well. No surprises.

They showed up on time and got right to work.  They were polite, knowledgeable and efficient--installing the new systems and duct work in one day.  They took great care not to make an unnecessary mess in the house when installing new vents.  They also made sure my dogs did not escape the confines of my property. The price was good on a system large enough to do away with the uneven heating and cooling zones in my house.   Everyone at A/C Dave from Marcia in the office to the guys on the job go the extra mile to insure customer satisfaction.   They've done my heating and cooling work for years and kept my old system going long past the time when it should have given up the ghost.  I wouldn't think of using anyone else.  And, I know the new system will meet my needs for a long time to come because I can trust that they would only install quality equipment.

This is an excellent company who responded in a timely manner (non-emergency); always returned my calls and made the experience delightful.  I will continue to use them.

Technician arrived for appointment 10 minutes early. He asked us what we perceived the problem to be. He immediately started checking our AC system to discern what the problems was. He discovered the freon level was low and there was a slow leak in the valves. He replaced a disk, and tightened the valves. We turned the AC unit on and immediately we started to have cold air again. He said if we had anymore problems to call, and they would be out ASAP. He was very courteous and professional the entire visit. And the price was very reasonable. We haven't had a problem wtih our system since he fixed it. This company really lives up to their motto: "Treat others the way you would like to be treated." I highly recommend them to anyone with AC/heating issues.
