There were a few issues, but overall, we were satisfied with the work. We had some trouble with the lack of professionalism from the installer, but we had no trouble with the sales people in the store. The installer was not as well informed about appropriate ceiling fan heights, and I felt as though I knew more than him about how to create air flow by adjusting the height. Overall, though, we were still happy with the work.
