They called me to pick up the glass; I got home and found a flaw. I made a trip back and they reordered. It arrived a week later and they called me to come and get it. No one bothered to examine the glass and luckily I examined it before I took it home a second time because it was flawed again. We repeated this exercise THREE times because it was defective 3 times. Each time it was reordered I had to wait another week. No one examined it before calling me to come and pick it up so I wasted lots of gas driving there only to discover the glass was flawed.
