Bill Cope discussed the needed parts and cost via a phone call; acquired the parts and called to set up time for the install. Arrived promptly as promised and had the work completed in short order. Very fine workmanship and professional manner. This is the second job handled by Cope Electrical and both are rated a 10 in my book.

Billy arrived on time and completed the electrical work. He was neat, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend Cope Electrical.

My technician was Billy. He was running a little late and called me to make sure he could still come. I appreciated the call. He came when he said he would. He was very professional and polite. He listened to my description of the repairs and got to work promptly. He was able to troubleshoot my tech lighting system and repair it safely. Something my last two electricians could not do! An outside receptical quit working and he was able to fix the wiring problem and gave me a new and safer box along with the proper plate cover. I have a ceiling fan in my livingroom that ran with a "glitchey" remote. I wanted the remote removed. He had to take the fan down from the ceiling to get the remote and sucessfully rewired the fan properly (which it wasn't) to work by my wall switch. He also fixed the lighting kit for my bedroom ceiling fan. These were all small house repairs but I can't tell you how pleased I was to finally have an electrician that could safely troubleshoot and repair my lighting issues. I trust Cope Electrical to do ANY of my future repairs. An overall satisfying experience and the price was very fair as I received $10.00 of the usual hourly fee because I used Angie's list! Excellent Had a long standing electrical problem which was a affecting my cable service joined Angie's List to find a electrician found one with Bill Cope he found the problem made the arrangement with pulling the permits contacting the power company. dealing with the Inspector etc Cope Electrical made it very easy it'd eating with the city that slows everything down.

Mr. Cope and his co-worker was very professional and courteous. Arrived exactly at scheduled time and did a great job! Was given a range quote for job and when job was finished, I was surprised to be charged the lower end of quote. Very honest business owner. Will gladly refer him to anyone needing an electrical contractor.

Billy Cope called me back within an hour of my leaving him a message and was able to go over and look at what I needed done at the appointed time. He called me back that night with a price, and we agreed on a date to do the job. He told me how he was going to do the job and explained why a normal in-wall installation was going to be much more expensive than the way he proposed doing it. He ended up using exterior wire within a conduit that will be painted to match the wall. I was satisfied that he did what he said he was going to do, and it looked OK to me. It was the price he quoted me, and the work was finished within just a couple days of getting the quote.

Billy cope came on time; he was very courteous, knowledgeable and with neat appearance. His price was as stated in his estimate.

I had no power to outside outlets, but power in the breaker box. Found the problem to be disconnected wires behind a cabinet. He installed a junction box and checked and rewired the incorrectly wired GFIs. He was able to do the work a day earlier than scheduled which was great! Highly recommend and would use Cope Electrical again.

First, they investigated the entire grid to figure out how the house was wired. They explain each step, so I could be aware of what to do if this problem was to occur again. Once they concluded were the initial problem started it took all of ten minutes to fix the problem and all lights were back on. This company is excellent if you are looking for an honest hardworking electrican that is serious about customer service and satisfaction.

I was not home when work was done. But i left and there were no fans cam eback home was able to site on my screened back porch till well in the night with lights and a fan to keep cool. They even cleaned up the mess and placed the boxes in the corner. Great Job.
