Certified Home Inspectors of Florida failed to document the following costing me hundreds of dollars in addition to their fee: No insulation above laundry room Control panel of filter was burned out , inspector only noted minor leaking chlorinator Condensation in window requiring replacement Pool Alarm required rewiring due to its failure to work I have receipts from contractors who fixed these issues to support my review Contacted Certified Home Inspectors of Florida and received no satisfaction or resolution attempted
