Building the garage and decks was a bit slow. Much of that was due to two things. First was labor situations. There was difficulty getting good help for the contractor. This was not his fault as the ones he hired were less than ideal. Some would show up for an hour or two the disappear. The contractor when he would find an employee slacking on the job, they would not be working for him anymore. The work that was ultimately done was beautiful and well made. The decks were mostly done by one person. He did some outstanding work. The plumbing, electrical and driveway were done well and without any problems. I would without hesitation to recommend this contractor to anyone, especially the owner Larry Ballard. Without a doubt he goes out of his way to make sure the work that is done is done correctly.0
