I had LVP installed throughout my home. There are multiple areas that emit a crunching sound when stepped on. The installation manager and my salesman came to my home and both denied hearing this obvious noise. I went to speak with the store owner, Gary Gilbert, and played him a video with sound of myself walking on the floor. He denied hearing the obvious noise and tried to coerce me into removing my negative review on his site in exchange for him coming out to investigate the problem with my floor. These people are unscrupulous and blocked me from potentially exercising my warrantee. Avoid this business at all costs.
