What a professional! There was not one sub-contractor who did not perform as expected. The entire process went as smooth as anyone would want. Carl took it upon himself to manage the project from the inception, handling all permits to sub-contractors to final inspections. We had one sub-contractor who did a beautiful job with the painting except that he painted in the color we said "any color but 'Green'!" Of course, he misunderstood, and the room was painted Green. Carl had them come back and repaint and trim the room at no cost to us.
We had a few glitches of our own during the move... Carl and his team were here to assist in any way. They ended up building a ramp from the door to the curb so the movers would not track any mud/dirt in. (the movers never set foot on the ground!) When we couldn't get a piece of furniture into a room, they came over and took every screw out... moved it into the room and set everything up... back to its original state...(if not better!). Even followed up with the floor repairs done by someone else... as they replaced the doors and foot plates of the stove, refrigerator & dishwasher that the floor contractor had removed.
Carl is very meticulous and follows up on EVERY detail. You can't ask for a better contractor!
He promised... and delivered! We are certainly the lucky ones.
