They responded to my call quickly and a date was set. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, gave me a firm price with options, and set to work. They do not use a lot of water and I believe their products are all more natural. The carpets and rug turned out beautifully.

This is the second time that we have used C4 for carpet cleaning. Carlisle does an excellent job and is very neat in his work. He uses a cleaning product that dries very quickly and doesn't leave any residue or stiffness on the carpet. The living room hadn't been cleaned in over a year so it  had some bad traffic patterns and it looks 100% better now. This year we also had him clean two off-white swivel rockers that had soil primarily on the arms and seats. For those, he used a damp cleaner, but they were thoroughly dry by the next day and they look beautiful again We have recommended him to friends and will certainly be calling him again next year..

Very professional, punctual, and efficient.  Carpets looked and smelled great.

The service was excellent.  They were very professional and the carpets look wonderful!

They faded the colors and when I complained to them they said that there was nothing they could do about it. Now it is spotted and the colors are washed out. I would never use them again, they wouldn't make good on the damage.

We had a terrible experience in that our house flooded when a faucet supply line separated and poured water in the house for 8 days while we were gone.
But our wonderful neighbors allowed us to rent their vacant house next door!!  It made the whole problem so much easier to swallow because we could move all our things from our house while the insurance reps and the restoration personnel put our house back together.
We wanted to repay our neighbors for their kindness so after we moved back into our house, we had C4 do the carpet in their house. They had "very deep" traffic marking.
C4 pre-approved the job with a disclaimer that "not all the marks would come out" but he was wrong.
All the dirt is gone, there are no traffic patterns anywhere and we were so proud to take pictures and send them to the owners so that they could see the difference.

I purchased the 7 room carpet cleaning package through Groupon and was extremely satisfied with the end result. C4 Carpet Care was at our home at the scheduled appointment time, finished the job within the time frame we were told, was thorough, polite and answered questions I had regarding carpet care.
