We chose Maria with Busch Realty to help us find a new home. We knew Maria through a family friend. Maria went to great lengths to find just the right place. We used Maria off an on over the past year to help us in our search. It wasn't until recently that we found just the right place for us. Maria really does her homework on EVERYTHING and is easy to work with. If you are looking for someone who is a GREAT communicator and will look out for your best interests, than look no further. Maria has connections everywhere, and helped us with finding a surveyor, an inspector, water tests, etc. She worked very well with our mortgage broker as well, to keep him informed of everything. The best part was that we never felt alone as we looked for a new home. We closed on the house May 13 and guess who was right there with us.
