Bug Out Service

Thanks for not showing up today Bug Out, I have been getting the run around from Bug Out and They are going to make me lose the sell of my HOME! The 1st tech that came out said I have old termite damage in a small area of my laundry room but have no active problems and to not to worry because it was corrected by Bug Out 3 yrs ago and I pay monthly for their termite protection. The way the tech wrote the report the V.A. thinks I have active termites and are denying the loan to the current buyers of my home. After several emails and phone calls we scheduled a tech to come out and do a WDO report to satisfy the V.A. I waited all day and no one showed or called. This will be the 3rd visit from you and several calls to try and accomplish this small task and its still not resolved. WHO DO I HAVE TO CALL TO GET A SERVICE REQUEST FILLED?????

As I stated above I paid for services that were not rendered. We did not receive the pest control service that we contracted and paid for. A big rip-off!

I tried to go without them for a while and it was a nightmare. I also use them for termite treatment every three years. They check to make sure you don't have termites and if you do have termites they have to treat them and they have to pay for it with the specials that they have.

It went wonderful, that's why I keep using him. They are a great outfit. They do and excellent job and do as they promise. I am seeing improvements that's why I keep using him. You get what you pay for.

As I said above we paid for a year of pest control treatment and did not receive it.  I spoke to a manager after that about getting another year of treatment since we did not receive the treatment we paid for.  Nothing was offered.

They came with the house when I bought it. They're good.

They are very through, professional and I would highly recommend them.

They have been timely and cooperative. Results have spoken, I haven't seen any termites.

They are excellent. When we had problems, we opened up our walls and we found termites that were dead. They had been dead; but they came out and checked it out. They came out and inspected what was done. They sprayed again and they did not charge me for that.

They are a good company but the representative they sent out smelled like a cigarette factory; it was horrible. I will use them again in the future.

I got an appointment within two days of my call. He arrived on time and was very careful and thorough about his work. He will be coming every four months to respray. I was very pleased with the service.

It was fine. They come out every year, and the inspection always turns out good.
