We went to their store to get an idea of what tile etc. they had to offer. We picked out our tile and the grout... The store was swamped with people however, it wasn't 5 minutes before someone came to assist us. We looked at the samples, heard suggestions and decided on the tile and grout we wanted for our bathroom and closets. Couldn't have been an easier process.

The installation/final results and gt; Everything is perfect! Love the tile and the job they did. When we are ready to redo the other bathrooms, Bowen Tile WILL be the only company that we will use. Outstanding job and we thank them!

The service went well. It was a non slip tile. We received the tiles in good condition. We did have to wait for the tile to be ordered and delivered since it was a special order. I thought the pricing was competitive and well worth the quality. They did a super job and were courteous. They made a great effort and even gave me a sample to take home. They were very easy to work with. They have a nice showroom and have something for everybody. The staff works very well together and made sure all of the measurements were correct.
