We called Michael to set up an appointment to have our lock changed. He said that he would have someone in our area contact us and set up a time to come out. I took a picture of the push-button locking system and sent it on to them so they would know what we needed. Juan called shortly after that and we coordinated a time for him to come out. He picked up the lock we needed and headed our way. He arrived right on time. Installation was an easy process for him (we'd still be trying to tackle changing out this 20+ year old lock). The lock is different in size but Juan told us to just sand the parts that were exposed and paint them... it woud be an easy fix on our end. Oh, money well spent! Juan was as courteous as he was efficient. What a delightful young man. He's a real credit to the company. I highly recommend them to anyone! We thank you!!!

The people at Be Secure Locksmith were polite, prompt, and very reasonable. The work was extremely professional. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Not only was the work and price right, but Netta is a very funny guy, so the job came with a few good laughs. I recommend Be Secure without hesitation.

Arrived promptly and carefully examined all the locks. Matt gave me a quote that was very good. He's a real pro. It took about 2 hours to disassemble and rekey the 4 locks on my home. He was very tidy and only required a seat at the kitchen table to do the work. Nice man and good at his job.
