Asked for a cost and subsequent removal of a tree.  Cost seemed to be very reasonable.  Crew that did the job were professional and efficient.  Cleaned up after themselves and removed all debris.  Only detractor is the owner seems to be his own office staff.  Some small difficulty in getting a commitment for an estimate and for scheduling the job.  That aside the work was fine.
Part of the job was for them to grind down the stump.  It required multiple calls to get them to come back.  Dates/appointments were promised and not met.  Finally after the stump was ground down the crew left a debris mess.  Contacted the owner and asked that his crew return and finish the job.  Again multiple dates and appointments were missed.  Finally ended up having to clean up the area myself.
Because of the responsiveness issues I would not recommend them to anyone else.
