We've been very happy with them. They are friendly and the dog is very happy.  He growls and has to be muzzled with everyone else but them.  They are always on top of whatever issues he has.  The staff are awesome, they're obviously pet people and the animals can see that.  They are also real careful about getting our dog in directly to an exam room because he growls and doesn't like other animals. He's big, so he intimidates people and other dogs.  They've also been real careful about making sure that if there's a generic medication we can get through an actual pharmacy, they send us that direction instead of having to buy it through them.  Their price is good and we have insurance.

Duke was 12 years and 3 months old.  He had a brain tumor he had battled for several months.  When it was more than he could handle Banfield's staff took over.  The 28th was a terrible night for Duke and when I called Banfield the next morning they were kind enough to schedule an appointment for 2pm that day and even apologized that they were unable to get him in earlier.

Duke had a hard time just walking into the hospital.  Susan Zotecke (usually answers the phone, greats and does the "intake"), Dr Rachel Teague (vet) and Alexa (assistant) are some of the people we came into direct contact with, however, the entire staff was great.  It was a very difficult time and you could not have asked for more compassionate help.

Greenbrier did the cremation and returned Duke's ashes in a very nicely wrapped and cared for red oak box with his nameplate attached.

I can not say Thank You enough to everyone involved.

I called and left a message at 9:00 a.m. explaining my dog's problem, hoping to get a call when they opened at 10:00 a.m.  To my surprise, I received a call from them at 9:20 a.m. expressing concern and telling me to bring her in at 10:00 and they would work her in as they didn't want her to wait for an opening in the afternoon. Our vet tech, Christine was wonderful explaining the care estimated and related costs, etc.  Dr. Sharpe was also wonderful!  Both were very loving and patient with my dog, as well as knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed as this appeared to be a busy practice, but I felt as if we were their only patient. My senior aged dog had a very severe urinary tract infection and was prescribed antibiotics.  We have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks to see how my dog is doing.  I hope we are able to see Dr. Sharpe again.  The practice we normally use is OK but so many vets that you never get to see same one each visit.
