Sean was exceptional! He is an expert in his field, he was courteous, customer focused and offered tips for caring for my new sink and disposal. Although they did not call me the night before, as promised, they were professional, courteous, neat, and friendly. They're somewhat expensive, but worth it. The new water heater is the same brand I had for 18 years! I'm glad I hired them.
