These guys are very professional from Robbie at the front desk who will write up your problems to Bo or his son who decide the plan of attack and the parts needed. Robbie will price out the parts and supply the parts and labor quote. Then it is a matter of when you want to schedule your vehicle to have the job completed. If they discover a hidden problem, Robbie is on the phone with you and you make any and all decisions as to any additional work that may be required. A family shop that is well run and a price you can live with. They exceeded all my expectations and are number one on my list. Also I found them on Angie's list and after subscribing to her list found other vendors (for jobs around my house) that are very good as well. All in all, I have saved a lot of money and employ HONEST people to get my jobs completed...

Provided the service. Gave me a verbal report as well as a written report of work performed. Also some recommendations of what should be looked at in the future. Nothing mandatory. Just a professional reminder of periodic maintenance coming due.
As FYI, people sometimes what was the reason for the first visit. About 5 years ago my wife had a Chevy blazer and we took it to a Chevy dealer for brake inspection. The dealer reported the brake lines were severely corroded and needed to be replaced. Cost estimate $2500. Someone suggested Band M. I took the card to Band M and their estimate was $300 complete. I have bee using Band M ever since.
and quot;Boand quot; the owner is incredibly knowledgeable on auto maintenance and is a great communicator to customers. Never talks down to anyone.

Last November they did intensive work on our cars, about $900 worth. They are very kind and efficient people. I don't feel like I am getting a snow job and they don't try to talk me into something I don't need. My car is ready when they say it will be.
