hopbest part is The charged for diagnosing the problem, which is fine.  I noticed that is common practice in central florida.  NOT common in other parts of the state.  Which is cool, i understand they cant work for free.  But it took 20 minutes to figure out the problem.  It cost $47.00 .  They DO NOT remove the charge if you get the work done there. The part that was obviously classic mechanic rip-off was the bait and switch game on the parts.  They claimed the hub cost 290 then 260 however all over the Internet the most expensive price I found for an OEM original Honda part was 160.  Ok so they have to make money.  But here is where the con game begins,  They verbally quoted me 230 using "second tier" parts.  Then when they had the car in the shop they claimed the cheaper parts did not fit correctly.  Thus leaving AUTO TECH no choice other than to charge the full 450 plus the 47 I already paid.  I negotiated it down to 380, however it was clear they(Jimmy) was playing the con game of bait and switch.  I did see several elderly people there and can only imagine how they must be treated.   Also they never bothered to show me the old part and the box or brand of the new part.  So for all I know I paid original part price (higher), and have a cheap Chinese knock off part installed that I should have paid less for. 
 I don't recommend this shop because they are still playing the mechanic con game, exaggerating repair costs and manipulating fees by lying to customers.  

They replaced the pressure line. The leak was extreme so I was concerned that the pump was compromised. Auto Tech said the pump had to come off to repair the line so I told them to go ahead and replace the pump.They did a professional job and took the time to replace a questionable hose and re routed one of the electric lines.

The mechanic showed me that I needed brake pads, which would be about $350. I said yes verbally, since I was going on a trip. What they did was add a $300 fee for replacing calipers. The car had 60,000 miles on it, which I have now learned should not have been done until the car had about 150,000. I didn't mention anything about brake issues.

When I asked about it, they said they automatically replace calipers with brake pads. I asked 8 other places and they said they would not do that. They are a rip-off. It happened to one of my neighbors too. I think people should know about them, especially elderly people. I would be happy to talk to anyone about this company before they use them.

Vehicle overheating problem is worse. Only can use on short trips. (5 miles or less). Key system is now locked up and vehicle will not start.

I use a synthetic oil. The service is wonderful and I really think they are great.
