Stereo and Home Theater System Service
In early July my receiver would go into a protection mode although the volume was not raised. I purchases a new receiver and had Audio Excellence program the new unit. Now the Remote turns on the TV to a different channel then previous watched. Turns on the Laser Disc during shut down, does not provide sound until MAIN and then Cable is activated. I purchase a OptiDisc one of whose functions is to do a complete audio check. During the original set up in 2004 the positive and negative wires were were connected to the wrong terminals. I have called them several times the past two days. Calls were not returned. I was told by their secretary I would be placed on their repair list, no date, no time, for problems they caused. I should not be on any waiting list.
