We had over 20 damaged items and four lost items. It was criminal how they treated our furniture. They even tried to deceive us by hiding damage to an antique table. I found that "Elemer's Glue" was used to repair a broken leg.. It was so obvious yet they did not tell us about the damage. The warehouse manager argued that we did not have a missing box, yet it was listed on their inventory sheet. The box surfaced about six weeks after the move date. Fortunately, they did use a very good repair man. We settled the claim after the items were repaired and receiving a "cash amount" for the items, which could not be repaired. The process took about 7 months. It was a nightmare for my wife and me.
Description of Work: Atlas moved our furniture from Maine to Florida. We had to use their storage in Debary, FL, until our home was ready. It was in storage for about four months. Note: We dealt with Atlas agents in Maine and Debary, FL, not the office in Ocala, FL.
