Initiated contract during the construction of our new home April 2014. Presentation and documentation were professional and the price was extremely competitive. We had a lot of contact throughout the build process of our new home via phone and email. Our home was completed and we took possession November 14, 2014. Permit wasn't pulled December ( 201410003) although we gave them plenty of notice of when they could begin. But we were not concerned since it was the holidays and the weather didn't warrant a pool.We paid the Deposit and first payments as requested ( nearly $20,000). At the point of the 3rd payment, they actually requested payments 3/ 4. They had dug the hole, had some inspections, reported having issues getting gunite from Tampa- Delays delays delays- contacted Paver company ourselves due to several conflicting stories. Pavers delivered and completed installation April 15th. NO FURTHER WORK COMPLETED We have no pool equipment installed, no diamond brite coating- We are at the final stages of the inspection process! We text, email, call without response. We are contacting the state and county authorities. They took our $$,$$$ and have yet to complete the work. We are stuck in limbo - We had paid for our screen enclosure in our contract but again- they even refuse to return calls from the company they contacted to fulfill this portion! We guaranteed the payment so we could get our screen done with the "screen" contractor. We gave this company many opportunities to correct these issues but their FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE is among the worst. We are treated as if we no longer exist. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY- DBA: ALLBRITE INC. same address as above with
Description of Work: NEW Construction IN-GROUND Pool with paver deck
