called to say he was running late, showed up about 2 hours past apt time. went right to work as was more than competent .has the patience of a saint answering all my stupid questions .i've had a good # of inspections done .Brett is one of the best.

As usual, I was completely satisfied. Brett arrived a couple of minutes early.
As he walked around the house he pointed out some problems with the downspouts. In the garage, he pointed out a code violation on the hot water tank. ( A safety problem. I'd have never caught it.) Inside the house he noticed that some valves under the sink were missing their handles. ( Easy to fix but, you want those handles installed before you need them.) In the attic he found a loose wire that some fool hadn't terminated correctly. ( A widow maker he called it.) Most of the other items were pretty trivial.
I'll get all the items fixed and I'll sleep a lot better.
