They were courteous, when he came he kept his appointment, very professional. He first went to the box to check it before inspecting something. He was good.

The AC never worked correctly and the last visit, the All American Air and Electric technician did not even go into the attic to check the duct work. We then called Coast to Coast Heating and Air and DJ went into the attic, found that the duct was not even connected in the Master Bedroom and repaired it right away.

We found out that that they installed mis-matching units inside and out. It was hit or miss whether they would show up for service. It has been a few years since we have done business with them, hopefully they have changed their ways.

Expensive job, I purchased the Maintenance agreement and every time they were called they tried to "up sell" and expensive option. Tiresome

This job had the potential for serious disagreement but AAAE stood by their word to make sure we were satisfied.  We plan to continue to use AAAE for AC and electric service  becuase they proved to us they take our satisfaction very seriously.
We agreed to have them out to inspect our AC and perform some routine maintenance. They identified some serious problems with the 10 yo system and proposed to replace it. Based on rotted out wood and metal cabinets, loss of efficiency and abundant mold we agreed that the system needed to be replaced.  Our neighbors recently had their AC replaced and the price from AAAE was much lower. AAAE could also do the work immediately.  (We knew the system we were buying was not the most efficient - hence B for quality - but we think we hit the right price point).
Next day the install crew arrived on time and set to work.  At the end of the day we had a new functioning AC system, but we also discovered that we did not have a heat pump as we had before - only an electric resistive back up heater.  We made it clear to AAAE that this was not what we expected and was not acceptable.  AAAE asserted heat pumps are not worth the extra cost in central Florida. (Our neighbors all have installed new heat pumps and tell us they do pay for themselves during chilly winters).   We pointed out AAAE had said they were replacing our old system with an equivalent and when giving us a price stated it was firm and if there was any additional cost they would absorb it.  We asked them to replace the newly installed system with one that included a heat pump and to do so at the originally quoted price.  After conferring with management, the installer said he would come back on Monday and do so. (it was then late on Friday afternoon.)  I expected to have a lot more argument and was pleasantly surprised that AAAE agreed quickly to make me happy with their work. As agreed, the installers returned on Monday, removed the brand new unit they had just installed and replaced in with the one we expected. The total cost was what we originally agree to.
AC and heat are fully functioning and we are happy AAAE customers.

The two men were on time and went right to work. They carefully disassembled the A/C unit and thoroughly cleaned it, then treated it to prevent mold. They cleaned the ducts and checked the air filter. They were polite and respectful answered my questions. Also cleaned the ducts in the ceilings the air blows through.

They were very professional, took time to explain the cost and why. They listened to me. They have been in business for a long time. I found them through my neighbor. They ran a test on my whole house. They did the job right. If you want the job done right and professionally, they are the ones to call. They are going to be more expensive than the competition.

Excellent.  This company is outstanding - they provided honest estimates of what was needed, came on time, and did follow-up throughout the process.  I would never get anyone else to service my A/C again.

He told me my A/C was shot, and I needed a new one. He quoted me a price of about $3700. But I could make payments of $75 per week. I told him I could not afford it at that time, so he put it back together and left. My neighbor, a retired A/C man ( at the time I didn't know that). He asked if he could take a look. I said ok. He then told me my compacter was bad. I asked how much it would cost to replace it. He told me he had one in his shop. He cam over and replaced it for the price of a handshake. Two years later my "shot" A/C is still working fine. I will never call All American again, and will discourage anyone from using them.

"Dear, on behalf of All American Air & Electric, i'm sorry you feel that we are not a reputable company. We have been family owned and operated since 1996 and have thousands of satisfied and loyal customers. We continuously strive for 100% customer satisfaction. As i'm sure you're aware, no one can please everyone all the time. Unfortunately our paperwork only shows that Ryan, who was relatively new in 2012, but still with the company and a valued employee, gave you a free estimate for a new unit. there is no mention of a bad contactor on our paperwork. i know this was an old review that was updated, and i'm glad your air is working fine today. sincerely, Kelly Buehler"

I've had All American Air service our existing heat pump for several years.  This has always went well with one technician doing the routine checks.  When they showed up this time there were TWO people, one of which (it turned out) was a salesman.  After only a brief test they convinced me that my current heat pump was about to fail (it was only about 9 years old) and I needed a new one.  Foolishly I accepted this as well as the price.  The salesman said the installation would be in a couple of days. (good news since the law allows you to cancel the contract within 3 days so long as work had not begun.  Within an hour I got a call that "They had the right unit on a truck and could begin that evening around 5 pm!!  Stupidly I agreed.  They began installation that evening and finished up two days later (!),
Flash forward:  They installed what turned out to be a low-end 3.5 ton 14 SEER Amana heat pump at a terribly inflated price.  A later check showed I could have got a much better Trane, Lennox or Carrier heat pump with a 18 SEER rating for LESS!!  My fault; I should have realized what was going on when they called to say that they "just happened to have the unit on a truck that evening!!"
Is it running OK?  Yes, but my electric bill is now HIGHER than before, despite All American's assurances that it'd be "much lower."
Final note: My next door neighbor was sucked in on this a few days later.  They told him that they could give him the SAME unit as mine for $1000 less, but "not to tell me."  As with me, he got a call right after signing the contract that the "Just happened to have the right unit on the truck and would be right over!"  His house is 400 square feet larger than mine yet they installed a THREE ton low-end Amana unit.  During these hot days it now runs continuously and his electric bills are MUCH higher than before.  The outside sticker shows 14 SEER yet his contract says 15 SEER.
While All American may have competent service techs, their sales tactics are misleading and in some cases downright dishonest. (My opinion).  I'd caution anyone to STAY AWAY from these people.

They're fine. They're really tidy.  They had to dig a trench from the barn to the fence line. They found an issue, they marked it, cleaned it up, and made it so if someone else has an issue they can find. They always show up on time. They cleaned out the circuit breaker box. They always clean up after themselves . They're good at troubleshooting. I even referred them to my neighbor and she was happy with them, as well.

This guy arrives , opens up the a/c unit  and starts making a list and telling me all the things that he says are wrong with it.Hesays that this is dirty and that is dirty and would cost  much more money to clean. Then he says that with everything wrong with it I should just buy a brand new unit.  I figured out that this wasn't my normal a/c company so Iasked him if he was affiliated with Hometown Air and Electric and he said   NO. I then told him to put my unit back together and get the h*** off my property which he did .  This company is nothing but a bunch of scammers and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy . By the way I had my regular a/c people come and check it just in case and he said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit and it was very clean. All American Air and Electric SUCKS.

They claim that in 2012 they told us that our contract was coming up sometime in august after the A/C and furnace season. They checked the a/c and furnace back in 2011. We already paid $135 to get the job done. I tried to explain to the manger and also one of the assistants. Why would we pay for it and say we didn’t want it. Either they did not call or it sounded like a solicitation or they just let it go completely for the 2012 tune up. We would not say “we don’t want it” if we already paid for it. This Monday someone name Brian never showed up and he gives us one phone call to try to set up another appointment. After trying to get ahold to the office manager and being switched over to someone I explained the wholes story to, I was finally informed it was the receptionist. Then the manager called me back (Dan) 10 minutes later. Manager calls back justifying everything. He never gave an apology and was very unconcened never explained why the person never showed up and Brian the estimater never called back from our several phone calls to Brian directly. Dan said I was a hard costumer to deal with. Because they did not show up and tried to do service on my A/C after the summer and renewing my contract for 3 years. I told them that I wanted them to credit my credit card for the new contract for the following year. After all of this they could not be doing a good job.

Did not tell me that vines were growing into the A/C and froze a component of the unit.  Forgot to fully attach the cover.  Used electrical tape to hold things together.
