Excellent work. The guys from Air Fresh showed up on time and did the job. I used them for my office and home. The price was fair. They completed the work in a timely manner. I was especially impressed that they painted my AC vents. They look like new. I would recommend this company to anyone.

This is a husband and wife team. Both are very professional and friendly. They arrived within the time frame we agreed upon. The purpose was to remove dust and lint from within the dryer vent. Several pieces of equipment are used during the process. There was a blockage in the line so Osvaldo went on the roof to the vent and removed it. We were shown what was removed from the vent and shaft. When they were finished they cleaned up the mess and put everything back in its place.

Oswaldo and Jacky arrived on schedule and quickly set about removing and cleaning vents, while the blow and vacuum process was started. Had no idea how dirty vents were! They have a very professional setup which connects a giant vacuum from the truck, along with a compressor to loosen dirt in vents, which is then connected to the house hvac. They left everything spotless! I was reluctant to do this because I feared it would actually create a mess, but no fears!! They really know what they are doing, and are super nice to deal with. Trust me: your house needs its vents cleaned and these are the folks you want to use. Warning that it took 4 hours for approx 4,000 sf house and that was with them working very very quickly. It just takes time to do it right.

Ozzy arrived on time and was very professional. He saw that the outdoor unit and air handler were of different makes, which is energy inefficient (I just recently bought the home). He recommended that both should eventually be replaced, as the air handler is 19 years old and the outdoor unit uses an older refrigerant which is very expensive and will not be available after 2020. He is very knowledgeable and has a number of certifications and has been in the business for 11 years.

The excellent service started during our initial call. Ozzy answered all of my questions and walked me through the whole procedure and told me about the special he was currently running for . We had and quot;penciledand quot; in a date and I said that I would call to confirm over the weekend. I forgot to call back.
He called me to confirm the appt. When I told him that due to the number of ducts that my mother had it would be too expensive for us to proceed. He was empathetic to our situation. In an effort to earn our current and future business he gave us an additional discount that would work for us.
He called 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know they were the way. He and his wife Jackie (I hope I am spelling this correctly, if not I apologize). They arrived on time. Before getting to work they explain again what was going to take place and asked to see all the vents. I had actually counted things that werent considered vents and told me.
They brought in 2 big machines my mom was a little worried about possible mess/damage. The cleared everything away from where the machines needed to be hooked up. They took down all the vent covers and cleaned them. They also discovered that my mother had not changed the filters in a very long time. They told her the filters that she needed and also told her that she didnt have to get the most expensive one. That anything above the cheapest one will suffice. I went and got the filters and they put it in.
When Ozzy cleaned out the dryer vent he discovered that the vent tube connection/thingy was made of plastic. He said that it was a fire hazard and that it is now against the law to use them. So I went to the hardware store to buy a metal/foil one and the hardware guy confirmed that they stopped selling those and cant by law over 10 years ago. Ozzy put on the new tube and made sure it was connected properly.
After every thing was finished they and all vent covers put back on. The put all the furniture back and swept up all debris that had fallen. They left the place cleaner than they found it.
They also gave my mom some very helpful info about her septic tank and AC, They also offered to help her out when I am not around and that if she gets a estimate for stuff that they will help her confirm if the estimate is reasonable and the company reputable if they are able to.
I was very please with Ozzy, Jackie and this company. They did such a great job that my mom is going have them do her rental properties when she has the funds.
My mom and I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them due to this interaction.
