The owner Bill Dasher quoted a labor price of $60 and hour, stating he usually gets $85. He stated he had some "used" fixtures that would pass as new and he would give us a "good deal". All this was oral but in front of two witnesses. His bill was for $85 an hour and the fixture charges were 3 times new wholesale! The work was substandard one outlet ending up behind one of the new kitchen cabinets other outlets were of varing heights and the work boxes set too deep into the walls.( despite him having an architectural copy of the plans). One ceiling fixture was missing and he failed to rough in the wiring for the LED lights. One day he even showed up with his school age children which we were left to babysit. Repeated calls failed to get him to finish the job, instead he sent an unliscensed handyperson to finish the first phase. This work was not done properly ( missing dimmer switches, missing appliance outlet and broken light covers). Repeated calls to this substitute have been in vain. We have had to hire another electrician to complete the project.
