Horrible. Completely unprofessional movers argued with each other the entire time. They showed up with the wrong size truck, so two trips had to be made instead of one. However, they only charged me for one trip. That was nice until they damaged a piece of my furniture then didn't want to reimburse me the full amount because they discounted the move because they showed up with the wrong size truck. Secretary in the office was the go between because the owners were not professional enough to handle it themselves. Took over a month to resolve the issue.

Affordable Moving USA is a reliable moving company locaed in Ocala, Fl.  Unique about this moving company is that the quoted price is what you pay after the initial inventory of your household contents no matter what the moving company may encounter after that initial quote.  The owner is very considerate and professional as is his offfice staff. Their  employees are deligent and professional in going about their tasks in preparing your household goods for moving and the actual loading of the furniture and its transport was accomplished very smoothly and professionaly.

On 9/24/2013 we had a POD delivered to our new house that had to be unloaded and we had scheduled with Affordable Moving to unload the POD sometime that day, we did not have a specific time scheduled since it was unknown exactly when the POD would arrive. On 9/24, the Ocala area had a very extreme thunder storm. Due to the heavy rain we were contacted by Affordable Moving that they were unable to come that evening but would arrive about 10am the following morning. During breaks in the storm my wife and I were able to unload more than half the contents from the POD. On 9/25, Tom and a helper arrived as schedule at 10am and apologized for not being able to come the night before. They quickly unloaded the contents of the POD, put boxes and furniture where we asked them to put them and also put together a bed. They were both professional, I would use their services in the future and would recommend their company.

Owner Tom Leece bent over backwards to accommodate my shipment needs, and the delicate, problematic issues that were at the delivery address. Being a small company, I anticipated they might be more affected by unpredictable events impacting their schedule - and there were a couple minor ones beyond his control - that a large, national moving company could more easily
absorb. Nevertheless, I couldn't be happier with the way my shipment was were handled. I beat my deadline and total cost was thousands less than the and quot;big guysand quot; quoted me for this job.

It is unbelievable to think that a business man treat a customer that way. A whole house move planned for a month is a serious transaction not subject to the owners bad day. I suspect there were other issues precipitating his cancellation but he should have spoken to me honestly with a return call in a timely manner. I would not subject anyone to the treatment I received. I can only imagine what I was in for if he DID come.

I expected them earlier than they arrived. I had called about picking up the desk during the same day as the move, but it never got scheduled. When I called about it again, I was told they didn't have time to do it on the same day. They did a great job of moving everything. One surprise was that their policy was to put all boxes in a central place---and not in the rooms that I had labeled them for. I don't remember being told this in advance.

They were really prompt. They were courteous. They were affordable. They didn't break anything; in fact I had a partition that I hadn't removed. I put it one of the room and I didn't like it, so I had them, move it to another room and they didn't say a word, though it wasn't their job. They were 2 guys who had come in to do the work and I really liked them.
