Affordable Child Safe Fence

Both of these quotes were written on the same estimate form. Leo and I discussed a payment option of a 1/3 when he finished the job and the balance split in two monthly payments. The next day Leo's wife called and we scheduled the day for the fence to be put up. She then proceeded to explain that payment was due in full when the job was complete. I had to explain to Sandy the arrangements that were made on the day Leo did the estimate.
The day came and the fence was put up, and I must say It was very well constructed. It took him a little longer then he anticipated, but that was no problem. When the job was complete Leo went to his truck and brought back a bill showing the balance due. I decided to pay the balance in full because the amount shown on the bill was less than the original estimate given. I wrote Leo a check and gave it to him and asked him to write on the bill that I paid in full and sign it, so there would be no misunderstanding. Shortly after Leo left he came back and said that his wife had put down the wrong estimate on the bill and that I owed more. A day later we received a bill with the amount due for the wall estimate plus tax, which was not on the original estimate. Sandy preceded to call several times explaining that the estimate Leo wrote on the form did not include 6% sales tax. I have no problem paying what I owe, it was the way I was treated and made to fell as if I didn't pay at all.

Excellent experience. Very courteous owner/operator. Fencing installed as ordered and looks great. Very gald we had it done. 1 1/2 years later we needed some modifications done after we had a larger enclosure built. Owner came back and made the necessary changes for a very reasonable fee. My impression is that while this is a business, they owner really cares about keeping kids safe AND making your pool look nice.

Leo was here the same day I called to give me an estimate. When I decided to purchase, they were accommodating on the install date. Leo and his daughter arrived and in less than two hours installed a flawless fence with professional drilling tools and cleaned up the site better than they found it.

This business is located in Ocala, FL but they are the dealer for the Jacksonville, FL area. They cover a big territory from Jacksonville to Gainesville and Ocala. I decided to use them because I really liked their fence product. I originally found the product online and then located them as the dealer for the Jacksonville area. Leo is a retired engineer and did a good job installing the fence. They also matched the price of their competitor who had a similar product, which saved me $130 or so. Ideally, I wish they were located in town, but when I needed an extra part for the fence, they mailed it to me right away. So, I was happy with their service and they were very honest. They did exactly what they said for exactly the agreed upon price. I think the installation was much more difficult than Leo had estimated, but he did not complain or alter the price. It took them about 10 hours for them to install the fence. I am happy with the work that they did. If you get a quote from another company, give Leo and Sandy a chance to match it. Because I think the product that they use is a little better quality than the standard pool fence.
