Accurate Air, they're based out of Ocala. They're a very small company - amazing.  I would grade them A-plus, A-plus.  They are an amazing company.  Dave lost personnel and gained a person, and so the person he gained is just another amazing person; very thorough, they check everything, friendly, courteous.  Like I said, very small company, but thorough.  They ensure that everything is in working order, they check A to Z, they answer every question.  They ensure that everything works properly and made a few suggestions.  That A/C unit works flawlessly.  We never turn on the heat; I'm in Florida.  I think I turned on the heat one time.  It just turned on perfectly, without a problem.  They're just great, and the type of system he put in is so efficient it really does save me a lot of money.  The A/C runs almost all year long and so that's what they concentrate on, and it runs great.  I wish you had an A-plus.

Enough cannot be said about Accurate Air. They also installed a new heating/cooling system for me approximately 2 months prior.
The valve replaced was the fault of another contractor who changed the thermostat. AA is best in customer service, fair pricing, professional installation and even follows up with clients. I highly recommend them if your looking to replace or rejuvenate a system. Accurate air does not treat you as just another client, they treat you as if they were working on their own homes, like family. Our old system was a dinosaur. And the owner gave us options. We are very happy with every aspect of their work! They are a value driven company that makes the customer the priority. Using the best systems and parts they value their work as much as your satisfaction. Don't overlook Accurate Air as they are right on target with everything you want from any company....just exceptional!

Dale with Accurate Air has proven himself to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to air conditioning systems. We have had Accurate Air assist us on several occasions with the AC unit and duct work at our rental property in downtown Ocala. He got the job done for exactly what he bid it for and in a very timely manner. We are very pleased to have found this company.  The price was more than fair and the service exceeded our expectations.  He is a very clean worker and prides himself in getting the job done right.  We will defintely be using Accurate Air again in the future.

Appointment time was a few weeks (it WAS May) and he operates by hinself...no employees or helpers, so he said.  He added freon to the unit, told us we had a 'leak' and would require extensive repair.  He made fun of our unit as a low level builders piece of c--p.  He did less than 1/3 of the items his ad said he would do...spent most of the time trying to sell this massive repair job.  Turned out later that such a 'repair' was not needed at all!  He would not answer questions, refused to show us actually how much freon went into the unit (if any at all!) and just kept refering to what builders junk our unit was...(the house at that time was only 4 years old...!) It was obvious he cared NOTHING about servicing our AC unit and wanted only to sell costly future services.  NOTE....BEWARE....THIS GUY DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT/DEPIT CARDS....ONLY CASH OR CHECKS!  His ad does show NO card logos, but we neglected to ask in advance.  BEWARE...CASH ONLY!

They were quite good and kept their word on pricing.

This was great service. Dale gave me an approx estimate over the phone then set up a day to come and look at the job. The written quote was the same as the phone quote and we set up a day for installation. Dale came out on the agreed day and was very professional and cleaned up the job site. He took the time to explain how the heat pump works. This was the best service I have received from any a/c company in the past.
