AAA Appliance Repair

Over four visits, Taylor, (the owner of AAA Appliance Repair), replaced parts and was unsuccessful at repairing my refrigerator; he acknowledged defeat. Another repairman, (who did not want to assume another person's unsuccessful repair), said the installation of the control unit did 'not look right'. I did not know where to apply for a warranty replacement of the control unit, so I called Taylor, (repeatedly). When he wouldn't respond to my voice messages, I drove to the address on his bill. It was his home; both his private and commercial vehicles were in his driveway. There was no response to my knocks or speaking into his audio/video security system. I went to my car, (around the corner), to get pen and paper to leave a message. When I returned I saw that undelivered packages, which had been on the porch, had been retrieved. I knocked and spoke out again, (always appropriately), but the door again went unanswered. Ultimately, I personally removed, examined, and replaced the control unit of my refrigerator and everything is now operating correctly. I feel that AAA Appliance Repair (Taylor) severely lacks professionalism, both in the quality of his work and in his customer relations.
