A FAISON LAWN MAINTENANCE

We had Faison for about 1.5 years but found that while they were great for the first couple of months, in the past year service has been spotty and unreliable.  Lawn became overgrown and no responses were made to calls.  They have no trouble sending bills for work not done however.  The last time Faison was here was in early September (service is supposed to be weekly).  Trees and bushes were not trimmed for a year despite constant requests.  Several phone calls to a message machine went unanswered until two weeks ago when I fired them via message since that was the only way to reach them.  I did manage to get a bill for August and September 1.2 month) and a note saying since the bills were not paid they were not working here anymore. Last bill was paid 8/6/15.  Since they were fired two weeks ago and the note was dated 9/24 I am not sure how that works.  Company is unreliable, and unprofessional.  They do not do work they were hired for and always said "next week, next week."  I would not recommend them under any circumstances.

For the first few months, he and his crew did an excellent job. However, he has not been here in over 3 months now (service was supposed to be monthly) and I am unable to get in touch with him. Ready to hire someone else.

Albert is honest, efficient and a pleasure to work with - he does good work at a resonable price

I spoke to him first in February and he said that he should be able to be here by the end of February to start the work. He had not appeared by March 10 and so I called him and he came the next day. He did a fair job but used weed killer on some weeds which we did not like and failed to trim some of the roses and bushes. He was to come the next month again but when he had not showed up by the end of May, we decided to call someone else to do the work. I called him to terminate our association with him and signed a contract with another company. I didn't want to have to call him each month to get him here to do the work.

Albert was creative and experienced with plants and design. He gave me exactly what I wanted in regards to plants and a drip irrigation system. After he finished the project, Albert checked with me frequently to make sure all is still working well and that plants are healthy.
