I do not subcontract any jobs out. I work on all of my jobs. As for payment, I take a 50% deposit the day I start a job and the balance is paid when the job is complete.

Re-sand existing engineered and solid wood floors. Screen & coat existing engineered and solid wood floors. Clean existing engineered and solid wood floors. Remove & clean any floor "refresher"
