William is very responsive to calls and emails. On the day of the inspection, his crew showed up early! They did the work quietly, efficiently and professionally, cleaning up after themselves along the way. They were polite, honest, and gave me a complete and accurate assessment of the property. They provide you with photographs and a comprehensive written report detailing all the findings.

This is not the first inspector I've ever used, so when I say I am beyond impressed with the quality of his inspections, I'm not being biased. He was showed up early and was able to start the inspection right away. I think, as home buyers/sellers, we all appreciate people who show up early/on time. He was courteous and showed me around the place, letting me know what and why he was looking at the areas he was inspecting. His follow up inspection report was very professional and in depth, which was very impressive. If I ever purchase again, I'll be sure to use William and Wall to Wall again!
